The walkout ministry of TORCC is the next step after receiving personal ministry from any arm of our transformation ministries -- Freedom, Counseling, or Inner Healing & Wholeness. This unique approach has been put in place to help each believer activate the reality of freedom in their everyday lives. Too many times, we receive ministry but are then left to try and figure out what's next. Through seeking the Lord, our team has developed this follow-up ministry to partner with each believer in taking their promised land. It is our strong belief that when you take something out of someones hand, you cannot leave them empty-handed. Something else needs to be put back in their hand to fill the gap that has been left. The walkout ministry is aimed at replacing and restoring. Our team works closely to follow up with each person and check in for where they are at in the process of walking in total freedom and healing. Through guided mentoring and conversations, each person is given their next step to unlocking their promised land and taking back what the enemy has stolen. This is not a ministry that is for the faint-hearted as it requires the person to mean business and commit to living free. The team leaders talk and assess where each person is at at there walkout stage, and then develop a plan of action and growth with our Director Of Ministries so that the person can "walkout" their freedom and healing by choosing to "walk in" all that God has destined for them.
It is from the understanding stated above, that our Freedom ministry is a unique inner deliverance ministry aimed to get to the root of –point of entry– of what may be hindering you from entering into a deeper relationship with Jesus. During this time our ministry team will sit down with you in a private setting and guide you through the process of freedom and wholeness. This is not a counseling session-if counseling is needed then other ministry alternatives can be arranged. Instead, this a time of delayering the soul from demonic oppression and filling you back up with the experiential reality of who Jesus is, so that you can pursue and fulfill your complete calling and destiny as a child of God!
Tennille and her husband Anders are deacons in our church and have a love for people and for building community, friendship, and relationship.
She has the gift of administration that goes beyond just organising meetings and events - she is able to connect people in a way that is both efficient and refreshing.
Tennille has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in School Counseling. She was a youth counselor in a public school for ten years.
She is the overseer of the walkout ministry of TORCC NY -- the follow up ministry that works directly with the transformation arm of the church. She is active in helping those that have been ministered to learn to walk out their freedom and see them activate the change in their everyday life and relationship with Jesus. In this ministry, she mentors younger women as a “big sister” in Christ and helps direct and guide them in their walk. Tennille is a gifted communicator and is a great listener. She helps heal people by creating needed conversation that lifts them out of their isolation and let’s them know that God and people care.
She plays a major part in TORCC NY Media, Marketing, and Events.
Tennille also heads up the Publishing side of TORCC with her husband Anders. They both oversee the distribution of teaching materials, books, e-books, etc and are key team leaders in the publishing of Canaan Land Prophetic Journal. They have a desire to see the prophetic word of God reach all forms of communication and all industries.
Outside of her involvement and position at TORCC, she also owns and operates her own online business. Her infectious smile, laid back personality, and love for fashion is something that makes her such a joy to have on our team.

Anders is a businessman and runs his own telecommunication efficiency service to large companies. Anders has written a book about the telecommunication industry and its strengths and weaknesses in the US and abroad. Anders has a BA in Communications and has helped others in their web publishing pursuits. His background and experience in communications and publishing has played a part in him leading the TORCC NY Publishing department along with his wife .

Anders also leads the “Walk Out” ministry for men. Here Anders is involved in mentoring men to walkout their freedom in their everyday choices and lifestyle. He has a heart to connect with men and see them built up in confidence and knowing who they are in Christ. Anders mentoring is not just spiritual but practical. He is usually seen giving some great business advice, helping with resume presentation, or teaching some cool excel tricks.
His vision for each man is that He become compassionate and sacrificial love for others just as Christ laid down His life for the church. He loves family and children and He and Tennille are eagerly awaiting and believing God for children of their own.

After your appointment is completed, one of our team members will reach out to you either via email or phone to schedule a follow up call. This usually takes place 6 weeks after your appointment and will consist of the team leader checking to see how you are since your last appointment. The Team leader will also pray with you and inquire if there are any things surfacing as a result of the ministry you have received. They will take time to answer questions, concerns, and comments, and pray with you to agree in faith for continued transformation. They will finish by providing a point of contact and work toward developing a trustworthy connection where the person feels secure and safe.
Once the initial follow up call is completed, the walkout team will work closely with the Director Of Ministries to develop a plan of action for each person. We understand each person is unique and at different stages in their journey, so the Senior Leadership and Director of Ministries will rely on the Holy Spirit to show what is the key for each individual. During this time, the person will be sent encouraging resources and invited to audit or attend the relationship stream course sessions of the School Of Apostles and Prophets, and sign up for our prophetic sessions (Dipping Night) to hear what God is saying so that they are filled with hope and truth. The team leader will continue to stay in contact with the person and pray with them so that they are empowered for what God is doing. The walkout team will now encourage connection into the life of church through joining for worship, connect groups, fellowship and outings, and prayer meetings.
If the person desires to move forward with further ministry, then the team leader will schedule a follow up prep. Due to scheduling of our team and the high-demand of appointments, please allow 4-8 weeks wait time. Once your appointment is confirmed, the person will complete a follow up prep appointment by coming again in person or talking with a prep team leader over the phone. The team leader will inquire about progress and work with the Holy Spirit to understand what the next layer of freedom or healing for the person is.

Again, because the freedom and wholeness ministries are in such high demand and their is very limited availability, please understand there is usually a 4-8 week wait period. Our team does our best to schedule everyone efficiently, but we also work within the confines of ministers schedules -- please remember each minister is volunteering their time and energy. When successfully scheduled and confirmed the person will come in for their secondary appointment, and once completed, the walkout process will begin again. After multiple appointments, each person will be assigned a mentor and given time to fully possess the inheritance of their promised land.
Please understand that each person's journey is unique and different and while the steps are above are put in place as foundation they are not set in stone. Sometimes the Holy Spirit will interrupt our plans and cause step 1 to become step 4 etc. Therefore, we do our best to follow our set procedures but always leave room for the Holy Spirit and our Senior Leadership to redirect and realign. We thank you for trusting us with your journey and for allowing us to partner with you. It's when we understand that freedom and healing is not always instantaneous and requires that we go through the process, that we fully become free. We are excited, because it's in the process (the journey) is where God tends to teach us more about who He is and His undying love for us -- not the destination! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work with the Holy Spirit to see the Body Of Christ set free, matured, and made whole.

A week ago, God used Ps.Natalie and (I’m sorry—) another sister whose name I don’t recall, to set me free from Guilt & Condemnation. Since then, I have been SO THANKFUL for the increase in liberty I’ve enjoyed. Remembering this new freedom gives me Hope that what I experienced will also become a testimony to the LORD’s love through healing and freedom. Amen.
