Ongoing statement regarding Coronavirus COVID-19.

Tuesday, March 17, 2020
Date Of Release:

To our church family and friends, thank you for your continued understanding and support regarding the ongoing crisis of the Coronavirus COVID -19. We are confident that while these times are testing and seem to be full of threat: the threat is empty because of the Blood of Jesus. We are not living in fear or terror, but trusting our God for complete protection and covering. As we have been promised in the Word of God, there shall be no plague that affects us and no sickness shall touch our dwelling.

With regard to ministerial proceedings, meetings, and worship services, we are honoring the regulations and guidelines that have been put in place by the federal and state governments of New York which have banned gatherings of 10 or more people. In accordance, we will be moving our church services and meetings to our online campus until further notice.

For the moment, next month’s Dipping Night will be cancelled unless the lockdown is lifted beforehand. If you have outstanding transformation ministry or counseling appointments, these will be postponed until further notice. Please check your emails, the TORCC NY Facebook page and the TORCC App regularly as we will continue to post updates on the lockdown, service times, online streaming and any changes to our schedules. While the lockdown is in effect we encourage you to dig deep with God, stay prayed up and use this quiet time to BUILD your faith. We have many resources available through our weekly podcast Portals (which has already declared the end of this contagion), TORCC TV, and plenty of content on our website which has all been placed there to keep your faith strong when it is tested.

Please make use of these resources and fight the good fight in faith. Please continue to reach out for prayer. We are here for each other and we won’t let fear run our lives, because we trust in our God to provide for any and every need. Be at peace, God is not surprised and is in control. We have a Goshen to run to, and that Goshen is Jesus.

Stand firm in faith and be blessed!
