Statement Regarding Coronavirus COVID-19.

Friday, March 13, 2020
Date Of Release:

This statement is in relation to TORCC New York, USA and TORCC Sydney, Australia

We wanted to update you, as news of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been affecting people around the globe and in New York and Sydney. It has and is our priority to provide healthy and safe environments for people to worship, gather, and meet Jesus. We would greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

We believe that the blood of Jesus is more powerful than anything, and therefore we are not to fear but keep thanking God with praise and powerful declarations of the power in Jesus Name. This is not presumptuous or naive, but a stand of bold faith - faith that is needed in these times.

As a safety measure our teams are taking initiative to frequently clean and sanitize each of our spaces. This is not being ruled by fear, but putting into practice the necessary measures to make sure that we do all we can and play our part in fighting any threat.

Our services will continue to gather per as normal in both our New York and Sydney locations. For those who do not feel comfortable joining us in person, please be encouraged to stay home and join us online. All of our services and worship gatherings will be broadcasted online as well as the ability to interact, request prayer, and give. We will continue to watch, monitor, and work within the direction given by health authorities and officials.

By no means are we to be afraid or alarmed as we serve a God who is in control and does not let harm come to us. Now more than ever, is a time to walk in the reality of the healing power of Jesus and be fully convinced of whom we put our trust in, and be ready to point the world to the only answer for this pandemic...Jesus Christ.

We are praying for and your continued covering, protecting, and health.

In Christ,

TORCC Senior Leadership

“Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.” Psalm 91:9-10
